Fifteen minutes daily beats a weekend binge
Results track frequency, not session length. One simple test decides whether to study today.
A memory curve has two inputs: spacing and intensity. A weekend binge tries to compensate for too much spacing with intensity, and intensity never closes that gap.
The practical fix is a standard too low to fail: 15 minutes a day, half an episode, even three 30-second clips. Set it where there is no excuse, and frequency takes care of itself.
- Do it every day, even if it is five minutes
- Fix the time and attach it to an existing habit, like after dinner
- When you miss a day, skip it and resume rather than doubling up
- Do not extend weekend sessions; keep the rhythm even
A plan you can keep for six months beats one you keep for three days.
